On behalf of The California Immigrant Policy Center, I thank you for your great service. We were very please with the service, the food labeling and for being open and receptive to our demands. One suggestion we had from participants and maybe you can improve when providing the breakfast menu is give the option of substituting pastries for fruit and cereal / oatmeal or even add like a scramble eggs platter to the order since it is breakfast and still keep it affordable. Other than that, the service was great!

Hi Sam,

I was looking for an email address for Cello and this was the closest I found. I just wanted to write and say thank you to the Cello staff for being AWESOME today. I called and placed a large (35ppl), last-minute order and you guys really came through. In just over an hour (which is no small feat!!) we had a variety of yummy dishes and everyone was happy.

The Cello staff were super friendly and kind, even though I called them four times in the course of an hour to make sure it would be delivered as soon as possible (I had a lot of hungry folks who found out last-minute they had to work through lunch asking me for updates- so that’s why). Even on the fourth call your staff was super nice, which I really appreciated.

I had never ordered from your restaurant before but am super grateful for you guys coming through with no advance notice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I’ve already submitted a 5-star review to Seamless as well.

I can highly recommend Sam Fard and his company, Sorrento Catering for anyone’s catering needs. Sam designed the menu to perfectly fit our event. He prepared incredibly tasty dishes to delight the taste buds of our 250 guests. It was service with a smile and food that made our guests smile as well. Guests continue to talk about how wonderful the food was. We did have some special desires since we are honey producers. Sam honored my request to use our honey in many of the dishes. I like his flexibility and willingness to do this as well. Sam supplied equipment needed making our job of setting up for the event easy.

The event was a business open house, combined with a family celebrations. I look forward to hiring Sam again for a fund-raiser that we are planning in the fall of 2010.
